We are surrounded and mingled with people, young and old, boys and girls. We have different experiences and learning, and a lot of opportunities. We move from place to other places. We get to know people and acquainted to them. We learn and accept things differently. We become skilled and talented individual in different field and specialization. There are transfer and transition as part of change and movements. There are times that we are afraid to entrust accountability and task to others, but we need to do it as part of development and change.
There is a need to advance from lower to higher position, and from simple to complicated task. There are times that we're afraid to entrust task to other people because we don't know them and not familiar with what they can do and have.
We must be ready and willing to take risk, try others and leave task to them. More folks are capable and smarter because they also want to move and advance. Do not be afraid to fail from your expectation, because from there you'll know them. Try other people and discover their abilities, give them time to improve, set goals and deadlines for them to understand the value of what they are doing. Later, you'll be amaze to know that there are people that are more capable and excellent than what you've expected.
